Esteban Amaro is a Chilean artist and photographer whose practice spans photography, sculpture, video, installation, and AI, exploring minimalism, universal questions, and our connection to the environment. Rooted in experimentation, contemplation, and ancestral wisdom, his creations redefine concepts of time, space, and immensity, conveying a profound link to the universe and the natural world. His latest series, ‘In The Past Hides The Future’, offers a meditative journey into human origins, the flow of time, and our relationship to the unseen, with AI enabling visions previously inaccessible. Amaro has exhibited internationally in New York, Miami, London, Santiago de Chile, Concepción, Valparaíso, and the Metaverse. In 2025, he was named a Lumen Prize finalist, recognising his innovative vision.
